The Royalties for this show are as follows (all prices are in US currency and are a 1 time flat rate - not a per show fee):
1. Full Score (USA): $400.00
2. Full Score (International): $425.00
3. CD Version (USA): $200.00
4. CD Version (International): $225.00

To obtain a performance license, you must first submit an application in the form of an e-mail, Christmas Carol Application providing the following information:
- Name and Address of Producing Organization
- Phone and E-mail
- Name of Show
- Dates of Desired Performance(s)
- Number of Performances
- Name of Theatre/Auditorium
When you enter into a licensing agreement, the materials supplied by SDA Productions (which generally include the script/libretto-vocal books, a piano conductor score and individual orchestra parts (if you are performing the full score and not the CD accompaniment version).
Should you decide before your performance dates to cancel the production (for whatever reason), your payment will be returned to you minus $25.00 in processing fees with a signed letter on your company’s letterhead that all e-mail materials (this also includes any materials e-mailed to your cast, orchestra and crew) of your rented production have been destroyed and deleted.
If the terms of the agreement are acceptable to your organization, sign the license and return it to SDA Productions with payment (Either by Paypal, money order or check (personal checks are not accepted) Once SDA Productions has received your signed contract and the appropriate fees, materials are immediately shipped by e-mail (CD tracks can also be shipped by snail mail as MP3 files.)
Remember, an SDA performance license is only valid for the signed dates of your performance.
